If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your RetroNova Console, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

To start a return, please contact us at adam@shopretronova.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund?
No problem. If your console arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send you a new one free of charge.
Just email us at adam@shopretronova.com with a photo or short video showing the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at adam@shopretronova.com.
